Rachel Vincent started her career in the construction industry as a Project Coordinator at Kingsview Construction Ltd. in May 2018 and fell in love with building and the challenges that came with projects both large and small.

Through close mentorship and endless learning opportunities within complex commerical & institutional projects, Rachel became well versed in the estimating and project management skills necessary to be a successful contractor, and quickly grew into running projects of her own.

Over the years of bidding and managing projects Rachel noticed a gap in knowledge with construction administration and felt that if the processes she learned to navigate projects were shared, it would help other businesses maximize thier success; and clients move through the process of building with ease.

Rachel is excited to share her passion for building in a way that brings success to others through consulting and construction management; she has a kind and compassionate spirit that is hungry to make a difference in an industry that is often met with difficulty and unknowns. When Rachel is not supporting clients she spends her time in nature, being physically active, planning her next out of country adventure, and connecting with community.
